Virtual event presented by Linda M. Strohschein, Certified Elder Law Attorney
10:00 AM via Zoom
Event Description:
Getting your affairs in order involves planning ahead for a time when you may be unable to make important decisions for yourself. Without proper planning, your wishes regarding your loved ones, your finances, or your health may not be known, understood or followed.
Please join us for this Zoom webinar as Linda Strohschein, Principal Attorney and Owner of Strohschein Law Group, discusses practical steps to prepare and organize for your future. Learn about common estate planning mistakes, important documents and other issues to consider as you plan for the unexpected.
Speaker: Linda M. Strohschein, Certified Elder Law Attorney
Linda M. Strohschein is the owner of Strohschein Law Group. She has been in practice since 1996 and owned this business since 2004. She started her legal career handling Probate Litigation in a suburban law firm. After three years, she decided there must be a better way to avoid Will and Trust conflicts by drafting the documents correctly in the first place. Linda then proceeded to law firms in Chicago where she learned extensively about drafting and administering Wills & Trusts, including for Special Needs families. In 2004, her own family brought her focus back to the St. Charles area when she started Strohschein Law Group. Over the years, our team has grown to include many amazing women and we continue to add talented new people because the need keeps growing. Linda is married, has two very active school-aged kids that keep her busy, a dog “Annie,” a cat, two fish and a frog.
