The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for the marketing & sales planning and execution for the community.The DOS is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their particular community. The DOS takesthe lead in assessing the local market and developing a marketing plan tailored to the particular geographic region in which the community is located and for developing a Sales and Marketing Budget. Through the development of a successful Sales Plan, the DOS will be able to sell the community by advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching & maintaining budgeted occupancy & revenue goals.
